The high purity nitrogen air separation unit is a set of device that extracts high purity nitrogen from the air by deep freezing. After advanced and efficient plate fin heat exchanger, the air becomes liquid state, and then according to the boiling point of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, the secondary distillation is carried out in the fractionator to obtain more than 99.999% pure nitrogen. High purity nitrogen with pressure is directly output from the pipeline, and there is no need to configure nitrogen compressor and other auxiliary units. In addition, the equipment can partly produce high purity liquid nitrogen at the same time.
