Non Woven Fabric for Face Mask

 

The mask body is formed from multiple layers of fabric (the WHO recommends 3 layers), which are designed to act as a barrier to droplets. For the outermost mask layers consider water-resistant or hydrophobic fabrics (e.g., spunbond nonwoven polypropylene). For the innermost mask layers absorbent materials such as cotton may be considered.

Fabric masks consist of three basic parts: 1) mask body (ss nonwoven), 2) ear ribbon, 3) nose wire.

● Reduce the passage of bacterial particles from the wearer into the environment.

● Help to protect the wearer from blood and body fluid.

● Protective face mask reduce the risk of infection among other healthcare workers.

● Due to the high-quality properties of non-woven materials, the mask has high barrier property as well as good breathability.
